I wear a size 9 but I bought a 10 for extra room and your foot will slide forwards- because they are VERY high (heel itself about 4 1/2 in). They are perfect for going out and looking good but I wouldn't wear them for dancing or walking around very far or continuously- they aren't THAT comfortable. The heel itself is a very thin pointy end SO its best to wear them when you know you'll be walking on a nice evenly paved street or sidewalk.
