  1. I have had this shoe in black for three months. It is a wonderful shoe. Dessy, but confortable. Looks good with dresses or pants . Highly recommended.I usually wear a 7 in Clarks, but get a 71/2 in indiglo’s

  2. I buy a lot of Clarks shoes, and though nice looking, these are a bit off in the fit. They are snug across the toe, but look broad and rounded. I had to pad the ball of the foot because the footbed feels hard. The heel height is good, and they are a stylish conservative shoe that is nice with pants, suits, and skirts.

  3. I purchased these exclusively to wear to job interviews or with a suit. They do the job of looking the part – like a socially acceptable business shoe for a woman. I get alot of compliments when I wear them, but to be honest, this is probably because people are relieved that I am wearing heels rather than because the shoes are stunning.

As part of my lifestyle, I walk everywhere. The average amount of walking I do on a given day of wearing these is 3/4 of a mile to work, 1/2 mile to what ever thing I’m wearing these to and then a mile home from whatever thing. These shoes are NOT ADEQUATE for that.

Once I was wearing them and realized that I had forgotten to drop a letter at the post office while running lunch time errands. I would now have to go to the post office after work, then go home. I nearly cried.

My feet frequently hurt for a couple of days after I wear these shoes. Clearly, these are shoes made for couch potatos who drive everywhere.

I recommend that you get a pair of Bass flats instead. The Bass flats got me similar compliments, and other than having a thinnish sole which was bad for walking long distances (more than 6 miles) on asphault, they were great. They did not make my feet hurt for days after.

  4. Clarks are generally comfortable, however, conservative shoes, but these are extremely comfortable and stylish. I’m not a big fan of wearing heels, but I need them for work, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

The heel is angled so that the pressure of your step is more evenly distributed, which alleviates that “walking on your tip toes” feeling.

There is plenty of arch support, any more might be uncomfortable for some people.

My only complaint is that you can’t fully unbuckle the shoe because it is very difficult to get the strap back through the metal piece (the end is widened to prevent it from pulling through). Basically you loosen your shoe and wiggle your foot out. I feel that is a small price to pay for such an economical yet practical shoe.
